About AdultLingo

AdultLingo is a free course in the language of dating, flirting, romance and real-life slang, in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. It covers the conversations textbooks skip, in short lessons for adults.

How it works

No account. We never ask for your name, email or phone.
Free. Every lesson, with no subscription and no paywall. A small ad bar keeps it running.
Your progress stays on your device. It's saved in your browser, and you can export a backup file from Profile to move it to another device.
Runs in your browser. There's nothing to install; it also works as a home-screen app.

Who teaches you

Eight recurring characters host the lessons, each with their own style: Anya, Joe, Jack, Rose, Malèna, Catherine, Christian, Edward. They're original characters, all adults.

Content rules

The first section (flirting, first dates, drinks, dinner) is ordinary dating language for everyone.
Later sections include adult topics. They stay locked until you confirm you're 18 or older, and explicit lessons stay hidden until you switch them on in Profile.
Consent is part of every lesson that touches intimacy: asking, checking in, slowing down and taking no for an answer.
Explicit and crude words are taught as vocabulary with a register note (playful, intimate, explicit or crude), so you know when they're welcome and when they aren't.

Privacy

We count anonymous visits and button clicks with Umami, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We never collect what you type or which lessons you've unlocked.
